Intel Core2 Duo T7400 vs Celeron 1007U

The Intel Celeron 1007U @ 1.50GHz is newer than Intel Core2 Duo T7400 @ 2.16GHz also around 9% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing but the CPUs have comparable single-thread rating.
