Intel Xeon E3-1280 v6 vs Xeon W-2125

The Intel Xeon W-2125 @ 4.00GHz is newer than Intel Xeon E3-1280 v6 @ 3.90GHz also around 10% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing but the CPUs have comparable single-thread rating.
