Intel Xeon Gold 5415+ vs AMD EPYC 9174F

The AMD EPYC 9174F is newer than Intel Xeon Gold 5415+ and is significantly faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing but the CPUs have comparable single-thread rating. However, Intel Xeon Gold 5415+ uses substantially less power.
