The AMD Ryzen Threadripper 7960X is newer than Intel Core i9-14900K also around 28% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing, but Intel Core i9-14900K is around 13% faster in single-thread testing. However, Intel Core i9-14900K uses substantially less power.
