AMD EPYC 4364P vs Intel Xeon w5-2545

Both CPUs were released (or first benchmaked) within the last year, while Intel Xeon w5-2545 is around 16% faster in multi-threaded (CPU Mark) testing but the CPUs have comparable single-thread rating. However, AMD EPYC 4364P uses substantially less power.
